FRIDAY 07 OCTOBER 2005 Well, we expected 80 or so to join us for the first official Liquid night. The venue could seat 200 at a push (after all the gear / lights / PA / etc. was in) and at 7.50pm we had a queue of 30 or so still trying to find somewhere to stand. How great is our God! A dozen songs, four readings, some prayer, and an awful lot of people praising God. Several passers-by couldn’t quite believe that this was church and hung around to see what all the fuss was about. We’ll be adding more content to the archive in the new year, but until then, all the images on the site are from this event – so it should give you a flavour. If you came, thank you!
